Paseo Verde Apartments

Paseo Verde is a mixed-income LEED certified apartment complex in North Philadelphia by Jonathan Rose Companies. 

PLANT Group provided tree plantings, green roof planting and maintenance, pollinator garden design build, and sustainable landscaping services for Paseo Verde. 

Through our PLANTWORKS program we created green infrastructure jobs for residents in the neighborhood.
